The Pension Coordinator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers in Customer Service Call Center, working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue. Additional responsibilities include document management functions including scanning, uploading electronic documents, and producing/mailing letters. Hybrid Work ModelThe Pension Coordinator is required to report to the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and WAH Monday & Friday. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm EST.Required QualificationsKnowledge Of:-Phone etiquette, 1 yr customer service, Microsoft Office products. Skill In:-Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliable.-Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred QualificationsKnowledge Of:-Call Center responsibilities and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language. Skill In:-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills. Education High School Diploma Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull time Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
