About the role
Leading workforce growth and organizational capability initiatives, the full-time remote Change Management Specialist will manage engagement programs, career development frameworks, and training delivery across the Supply Chain department.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of career development programs and training plans to establish clear progression pathways for employees
Plan and facilitate department-wide training programs, collecting and analyzing data to improve training effectiveness
Maintain the Supply Chain Hub knowledge management system, ensuring resources are organized and accessible
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
3 or more years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
Experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing professional documentation
