About the role

Material Handler As a Material Handler, you will help keep our warehouse running smoothly. You'll load, unload, and move materials, keep work areas clean and organized, and support daily warehouse operations. Your work helps us deliver products that improve everyday life for millions.
What You'll Do:
  • Load and unload materials by hand or using basic equipment (hand truck, electric dolly, hoist).Move materials to the correct storage or work areas.
  • Secure items for transportation using strapping, padding, or bracing.
  • Read work orders and follow verbal instructions.
  • Open crates or containers using hand tools.
  • Occasionally operate forklifts or hoists (if trained).General Warehouse Housekeeping
  • Sweep floors, aisles, docks, and staging areas.
  • Remove cardboard, shrink wrap, loose materials, and debris.
  • Break down empty boxes and dispose of trash/recycling.
  • Keep walkways and work areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.
  • Wipe down equipment and work surfaces as needed.
  • Clean up small spills and dust following safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat and safe environment for all team members.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work well with others as part of a team. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory processes (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements: Use of hands for basic tasks such as handling tools or operating equipment. Frequent walking, sitting, and driving equipment. Occasional standing. Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to see clearly and adjust focus as needed.
