About the role

Owning the full commercial sales cycle, the full-time remote Lead Account Executive will help organizations enhance their security posture by introducing HackerOne's AI-powered Attack Resistance Platform, while developing trusted relationships and driving predictable revenue growth. Key responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand customer relationships and generate new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize customer outcomes Required qualifications 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales, particularly with commercial or mid-market accounts Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative, solution-oriented environment Experience managing complex sales cycles and using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for pipeline forecasting Strong executive communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating technical and business value Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS platforms is preferred
