About the role

Passionate about sports and trading, the full-time Market Operations Specialist will create and curate featured markets, engage with the community, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced remote environment. Key responsibilities Create and curate daily featured markets based on major sports events and storylines Engage with users on Discord to gather prop requests and provide support Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams to enhance the platform Required qualifications Deep knowledge of major sports leagues including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and others Experience in fast-paced, real-time decision-making environments Strong understanding of sports conversations and trends on social media Ability to work during peak sports moments, including evenings and weekends Technical background is a plus for building automation tools
