Lead an established emergency medicine team in a higher-acuity community hospital ED while helping shape clinical operations, scheduling, workflow and department performance. Practice Highlights35,000 annual ED visits30-bed emergency department Level IV Trauma CenterHigher-acuity patient population24 hours physician + 20 hours APC coverage daily12–16 fast-track/vertical treatment spaces Physicians assist with floor codes and APC coverage as needed Epic EMR with CLEO AILeadershipFacility Medical Director role Clinical and operational leadership responsibilities Ability to influence scheduling, workflow and department performance National leadership education and operational support
