We are looking for an experienced and motivatedRespiratory Therapy Directorto lead our respiratory therapy services in a skilled nursing setting.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Therapy DepartmentLead, train, and support respiratory therapy staffEnsure high-quality respiratory care for residentsDevelop and maintain respiratory care plans and protocolsMonitor clinical outcomes and quality of careEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsCollaborate with nursing, physicians, rehabilitation, and other clinical departmentsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and recordsAssist with staff scheduling and department needsParticipate in quality improvement and compliance initiativesServe as a clinical leader and resource for respiratory careWhat We’re Looking ForCurrentRespiratory Therapist (RT/RRT)license/certification as requiredPrevious respiratory therapy experienceLeadership or supervisory experience preferredSkilled nursing or long-term care experience preferredStrong clinical and organizational skillsAbility to lead a team and work collaborativelyKnowledge of respiratory care regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and documentation skillsWhy Join Us?
