About the role
A small advisory firm needs an experienced job analyst for a fast-moving, content-oriented job analysis on an entry-level public-safety role. An established I-O methodology consultant has outlined the approach and will provide a template; you execute it – facilitate subject-matter-expert sessions on-site and produce the documentation. First engagement is compact – a few days on-site in October, plus write-up – with a larger follow-on afterward. You: have run at least one job analysis, any sector. Based in or able to work in the Puget Sound area. Comfortable working from someone else's outline. NDA required before any project detail is shared. Contract, hourly or fixed fee.
