About the role
Seeking a driven Partnership Executive/Investment Sales Advisor for a full-time remote position, responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships with high-performing entrepreneurs in the real estate sector while also serving as a trusted business advisor to help them scale their operations.
Key responsibilities
Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured sales conversations and outreach
Guide high-earning real estate professionals through evaluations of the investment model, ensuring a high close rate
Transition into an advisory role, managing a portfolio of clients and conducting strategy meetings to drive accountability and growth
Required qualifications
4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate
Ability to engage in sophisticated conversations with business owners and earn their trust
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business division
Self-directed and disciplined, capable of working autonomously
Strong presentation skills and a genuine, authentic personality
