Assembly Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating procedures Perform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shift Inspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Meet daily production and quality targets Report any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptly Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify employment verification Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with team members and supervisors Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required—training provided Schedule &
Compensation: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM$16.00/hr
