About the role

Considine Search is seeking a talented associate for its Chicago-based Global Finance Group. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of meaningful experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured-finance transactions, with exposure to CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, and related structures. The successful attorney will draft and negotiate core documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders.
