Packager - Food Production

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Basic math skills and reading comprehension Reliable work ethic with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs Previous manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferredJOB DUTIES:Package cheese products accurately and efficiently in compliance with established packaging specifications Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and quality Maintain consistent production flow while upholding quality standards Monitor packaged products for defects and report quality concerns to supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other packaging or production areas as needed Support a team-oriented work environment through effective communication and cooperation
