Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and work instructions Perform visual inspections and measurements using gauges, tape measures, calipers, and fixtures Maintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards Make minor adjustments or repairs to equipment with supervision Use hand tools to complete a variety of assembly and production tasks Keep tools properly stored and maintain a clean, organized workstation High school diploma or GED0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints Experience using hand tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and transportation to Thief River Falls, MNEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities to gain experience with well-known companies.
