Compensation Range: $90,000 – $130,000 base + bonus

MinimalA global manufacturer serving the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries is seeking a Molding Process Engineering Manager to support a high-growth, highly regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead injection molding process development, optimization, and standardization using scientific molding principles. Own process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), mold trials, and production readiness. Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting complex molding, tooling, and automation challenges. Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Tooling, Manufacturing, and NPI teams. Drive improvements in OEE, downtime reduction, and overall operational performance. Lead capital equipment evaluation, selection, and implementation. Establish standardized process documentation, setup sheets, and control plans. Support quality investigations, CAPAs, and process-related defect resolution. Serve as a technical interface with customers regarding molding processes. Must-
Have Requirements:
7+ years of injection molding experience, including process development and optimization. Proven leadership experience managing engineers and/or technical teams. Strong expertise in scientific molding and data-driven process control. Deep knowledge of molding equipment, tooling, and automation systems. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience. Scientific molding certification. Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
