Weâre partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup thatâs revolutionizing residential real estate with an AI-powered platform unifying e-signatures, payments, compliance workflows, and intelligent automation. Backed by $6M in seed funding and an elite investor network, the team is now building its founding engineering team from scratch.
đ§ The Opportunity:
Weâre seeking 1â3 Senior AI/ML Engineers to work closely with the CTO and CEO to design and build advanced machine learning systems that power automation across real estate workflows. This is a rare opportunity to architect, design, and implement NLP, document understanding, and AI-driven automation from the ground up, with direct ownership over the models and systems that will shape the product and technical trajectory of the company.
đ§ What Youâll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models for NLP, document parsing, and workflow automation, establishing best practices for model lifecycle management.
Lead the technical implementation of AI-driven contract creation, e-signature verification, and payment automation systems.
Integrate complex ML solutions with modern web technologies using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Architect scalable AI services in a microservices framework, leveraging Supabase, Vercel, and other modern dev tools, while mentoring junior team members.
Establish and maintain robust ML pipelines, model monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems.
Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and structured data to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive technical decision-making and contribute significantly to the overall product and engineering strategy.
đĄ What Weâre Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or related software engineering roles, with a track record of deploying systems to production.
Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and core ML frameworks.
Deep experience with NLP, OCR, or document understanding systems, ideally in a regulated or high-accuracy domain.
Proven ability to architect and scale ML systems in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js preferred for seamless integration with production platforms.
Comfortable taking high-level ownership in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and significant impact.
Bonus:
