About the role

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring Participant Services Representatives to support a federal program. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in the U.S., answering participant questions by phone, email and web chat. It's a strong entry point into federal work for anyone with customer service or call center experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, email and web chat from program participants, meeting service-level targets
  • Log every contact in a web-based case management system and link each call to its open case
  • Research and resolve processing issues, missing documents and data errors, and follow each one through to resolution
  • Support back-office processing and data-integrity reviews
  • Follow the program's published processing guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED0-2 years of call center, customer service or public relations experience
  • Composure and courtesy during high call volume
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening skills and attention to detail
  • Available for one of three day shifts (Eastern): 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, or 9:30 AM-6:00 PMCandidates residing in California or the New York City metro area cannot be considered at this time
  • Details: Full-time (40 hours/week), seasonal, fully remote.
