Pay: $120,000 to $140,000 per year Lead site-wide maintenance and reliability at a large-scale manufacturing operation, shaping its safety culture, asset performance, and continuous improvement strategy. Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology, or 5+ years in an engineering, maintenance, or reliability role in lieu of a degree 2+ years leading a maintenance department 2+ years managing and coaching employees Strong safety knowledge, including lockout/tagout, PPE, and confined space Lean manufacturing experience Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling processes Experience developing KPIs and managing capital expenditure (Cap Ex) budgets
What You'll Do: Lead and strengthen the maintenance safety culture and enforce safe work practices Drive asset reliability programs that support production goals Plan and execute shutdowns, asset maintenance plans, and capital investments Apply Lean methodologies to drive the site's strategic plan Develop annual action plans and maintenance budgets Manage maintenance team KPIs and quality of work Lead vendor relationships and a diverse maintenance team Engage and develop employees for personal and professional growth Deliver targets for capacity, operating costs, quality, engagement, and safety Nice-to-Haves Pulp and paper mill equipment, process, and technology experience Deep skilled-trade background Reliability engineering expertise
Compensation and Benefits: $120,000 to $140,000 per year
