About the role

Crux is seeking a Senior Principal, Debt to lead a book of debt mandates across its debt motions, from IOI through close. You will structure, negotiate and close with lenders, advisory teams, and institutional capital partners, in a fast-paced environment focused on clean energy infrastructure financing. You will collaborate with Industry Coverage, Investments, and product teams to drive efficient deal execution and deploy AI-enabled modeling where appropriate.
