We are currently seeking candidates for a Vice President of Operations role near Louisville, KY. The VP of Operations will lead operational transformation, team development, and enterprise strategy.

KYVP Duties:
Direct all functions at the plant including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to craft long-term business strategy Drive day-to-day operations while building a strong culture and executing long-term goalsVP
Qualifications:
Master's Preferred 15+ years of management/directing experience 5+ years of senior level management 5+ years of manufacturing management experience Experience in leading and inspiring a high quality teamVP
