Muon Space seeks a Senior People Business Partner to own end-to-end people strategy and operational execution across a growing organization. This hybrid role is based at our San Jose office, three days per week, with potential remote options for West Coast candidates who can travel quarterly. You will partner with leaders to design manager development, talent reviews, and scalable HR initiatives while protecting confidentiality and employee trust.
