Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist A growing financial services organization in La Mesa is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding financial products and services. Job Duties: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and account inquiries Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering exceptional service Document all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems Assist with account maintenance, troubleshooting, and general support requests Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Position Details: Onsite role Contract to hire role Compensation: $22.00 per hour Located in La Mesa, San Diego Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm PST This is a great opportunity to join a growing financial services organization and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
