With over 2,000 professionals across the United States, GEI is committed to solving complex challenges for public and private sector clients with innovative and actionable strategies.Position Overview:GEI Consultants is seeking a strategic thinker and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategy Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with executive leadership, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with GEI's long-term vision and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the development of corporate strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning.Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior leadership.Identify new business opportunities and support M&A evaluation, including due diligence.Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to monitor strategic initiatives.Conduct financial modeling, performance analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams on cross-functional initiatives.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging markets, and innovation strategies.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or management consulting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.Experience in engineering, infrastructure, environmental services, or similar industries is a plus.Work Schedule & Flexibility:This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.Hybrid work options available, with flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings or events as needed.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Compensation and Benefits:Annual Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 (based on experience and qualifications)Benefits Include:401(k) retirement plan with company matchHealth insurance (medical)Dental and vision insuranceLife insurance coveragePaid time off and flexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunitiesApplication Process:Due to a high volume of interest in this position, only applicants located within the United States will be considered.
