About the role
Automotive Express Advisor Our dealership is currently taking applications to fill Express Advisor roles we are looking for friendly, organized, qualified professionals to join our top-notch service department.
Qualifications:
- Timely with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency
- Ability to skillfully handle customer interactions, projecting professionalism and ensuring each customer feels valued and important
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI marks
- Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete understanding in regards to the services rendered
- Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service progress
- Accurately verify warranty and service contracts
- Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles
- Advise customers on additional needed services, providing expert advice
- Effectively work with technicians to improve efficiency across the service department
