You will be responsible for interacting with our customers through email and live chat while providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Your choice of schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm Next available start date: Monday, October 26 Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm.
