About the role
Exiger is seeking a Junior Corporate Counsel to support the Legal Team with a primary focus on commercial contracts and lifecycle management. This is an in-house, early-career opportunity to learn across a broad range of legal matters and take on increasing responsibility as judgment and execution improve.
You will review and draft agreements, negotiate terms, and work with senior attorneys to manage risk while ensuring compliance.
