Job Description:
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the event and rental industry. As a Laborer I - Cleaning & Support Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our equipment by cleaning, organizing, and preparing inflatables and event items throughout the week. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. While the primary focus is cleaning and support tasks, there may be opportunities to assist with deliveries and event setups based on performance and business needs. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering clean, safe, and high-quality equipment for every event. ?
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize inflatables, games, and equipment Assist with loading and unloading equipment Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Support basic operational tasks as needed Follow safety procedures and company standards Assist with deliveries or setups when needed (based on availability and performance)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to daily operations.
