About the role
Innovative and data-driven, the full-time Ohio Licensed Lead Internal Auditor will manage risk-based internal audits, leverage advanced analytics tools to enhance audit processes, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead and own risk-based internal audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Design and implement continuous auditing strategies using automation and machine learning techniques
Provide regular communications to audit clients, including executive leadership, regarding audit findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant experience in financial services organizations, with a preference for installment loan experience
CISA, CPA, or CIA certification required
Experience in financial audit data analytics and establishing automated continuous monitoring
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
