Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and customer expansion across the United States, with a focus on the West Coast. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from new business development through deal closure and ongoing account growth, with a focus on IoT hardware, telematics devices, and connectivity solutions.
This is a mid-career, individual contributor role with ownership of regional sales performance and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and revenue growth across the U.S. region
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with telematics service providers, fleet operators, distributors, OEM customers, and strategic partners
Execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with solution engineers, product management, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
Position Queclink's OEM/ODM/JDM capabilities, working with customers to develop and scale hardware and connectivity solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
Work closely with global teams, including Shanghai-based engineering and product teams, to align customer requirements with product capabilities
Provide structured feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the U.S. market
Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data within CRM systems
Support channel development and partner expansion initiatives where applicable
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within IoT, telematics, hardware, or connectivity industries
Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with or selling OEM/ODM/JDM manufacturing services
Strong knowledge of telematics, fleet management, asset tracking, IoT hardware, or related technologies
Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or service providers
Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones
Fluency in English required
