As we continue to grow and serve new communities, we're seeking a skilled and licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team.Position Overview: The Licensed Residential Service Plumber will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to homeowners with precision, professionalism, and expertise. This role requires a valid plumbing license, strong technical skills, and a customer-centric approach to service. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding industry standards and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of fixtures, piping, and appliances.Diagnose plumbing issues accurately using advanced tools and techniques and recommend effective solutions to homeowners.Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and prevent accidents.Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining plumbing issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and homeowner with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs and informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Residential, Journeyman or Master Plumber License RequiredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed residential plumber, with a proven track record of success in residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced residential environment.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
