About the role
- Greet and assist students and clients who reserve The StudioEnsure that all users follow The Studio guidelines and safety protocols
- Provide tours of the space for people doing location scouts & answer their questions about the space and how it can be used for their project
- At the beginning of a reservation, meet the students/client to give them an orientation to the space, show them where everything is, reiterate the guidelines for use, and answer any questions they may have.
- At the end of a reservation, conduct a final walkthrough of the space with the client to ensure nothing is left behind, nothing is broken or damaged, and no Studio property was removed.
- Ensure the studio space is organized, clean, and properly maintained.
- Monitor and maintain studio equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Change the PIN on the door after each use.
- Previous experience in studio or space management, hospitality, or similar role preferred (but not required)
- Flexible schedule, available to work some late nights and weekends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people
- Knowledge of studio equipment, technology, and maintenance
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
