You will work onsite regularly and occasionally travel to support team offsite events, partnering closely with cross-functional administrative colleagues. Your contributions will keep meetings, expense processes, and team events running smoothly and on schedule. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and manage catering and logistics Arrange domestic and international travel, develop itineraries and agendas, and book transportation and hotels Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and manage purchase orders Plan and coordinate All Hands, offsite events, external meetings, and team building activities; escort guests onsite as needed Coordinate office space, equipment, software access, and other office-related matters Manage team access to shared databases (SharePoint, OneNote, Wiki) Collaborate regularly with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within a high-tech organization Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Slack Familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong time management, planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously, handle complex assignments, exercise initiative, and follow through Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and preserve positive relationships across organizations Ability to apply discretion when handling sensitive and confidential material Able to be onsite regularly and travel occasionally to support events Pay Range$70.31 - $87.89/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
