As a Financial Counseling Representative, you will be a trusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.
What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financial assistance programs Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly Assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems
