About the role
Passionate about the travel industry, the full-time remote Travel Advisor III will support customers with travel reservations, resolve complex issues, and negotiate with external providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues through effective problem-solving techniques
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining high accuracy
Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach acceptable resolutions regarding loyalty points, program exceptions, and fee waivers
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and self-booking tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in an online environment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
