About the role

Stantec seeks an Owner's Advisor to join our program team and support DC Water on a nearly $2-billion, 10-year capital program at Blue Plains. This full-time role is co-located with DC Water staff at the PMO and focuses on design-build and CM at risk delivery. The OA leads contract management, guides delivery method selection, and coordinates design, cost, and schedule to meet owner expectations while supervising field teams on the job site.
