📢 Hiring: Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement📍 Location: Louisville, CO🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite📅 Contract: 18 weeks💵 Pay Rate: $57/hour on W-2Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across Professional Services, Marketing & Advertising, Transportation & Warehousing, HR Services, Real Estate, IT/IS, Travel & Expenses, and related categories.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category strategies
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract activities
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify cost savings, sourcing opportunities, and value creation initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, HR, Legal, and business teams
  • Drive Source-to-Contract activities and procurement compliance
  • Track spend, savings, supplier performance, and business objectives
  • Support strategic projects and change initiatives across procurement categories
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience
  • Strong experience in Professional Services and/or Marketing Procurement
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience managing suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
