Welcome customers and create a fun, positive shopping experience
Help customers find beauty products that fit their needs
Learn and share product knowledge, beauty tips, and current trends
Provide personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
Support sales goals through genuine customer engagement
Keep the beauty area stocked, organized, and inviting
Stay up to date on new products, brands, and promotions
Has retail, sales, or customer service experience
Enjoys talking to people and making customers feel welcome
Is enthusiastic about beauty and willing to learn
Is friendly, confident, and motivated
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is comfortable recommending products and working toward sales goals
