Salary: $225,000.00-$255,000.00per year Analyte Health is seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to serve as ourDirector of Operations and Growth. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our operations, driving new market expansions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and business channels. The right candidate will have a strong blend of operational expertise, business development acumen, and execution skills to help us accelerate growth across multiple verticals. Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Expansion Lead the launch of ourPaternityLab brand in foreign markets, starting with the United Kingdom, then expanding across Europe. Navigate regulatory requirements, build local partnerships, and oversee market entry strategies. Channel and Business Growth Manage and expand ourAmazon channelto maximize sales, visibility, and profitability. Oversee thelaunch of our legal paternity business, including developing partnerships with courthouses and legal networks. Operations and Facilities Manage and maintain ourHouston headquarters building, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. Oversee vendor relationships, facility improvements, and day-to-day operational needs. Clinical and Laboratory Development Spearhead the launch of ourclinical chemistry lab, including sourcing equipment, securing permits (e.g., CLIA), and building a skilled team. Ensure operational readiness and smooth go-to-market execution. Partnerships and Service Network Develop amobile phlebotomy networkand establish partnerships with independent specimen collection sites nationwide. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances to broaden Analyte Health’s service footprint.
Qualifications: Master’s degree required(Business, Operations, International Business, or related fields). 7+ years of experience in operations, business development, or growth leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-faceted growth initiatives. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Healthcare background not required— experience in scaling businesses across industries is highly valued. Paid Time Off.
