Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for our Miami, FL location. This on-site role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and store presentation, and achieving sales goals. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for staff training, implementing promotional strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and understanding sales strategies
  • Experience in retail operations and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of jewelry or fashion industry trends is a plus
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is a bonus)
