Preschool Teacher

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Jonestown Road center to nurture and inspire young children through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You’ll build strong relationships with families, collaborate with teammates, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood development. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with center standards. Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress with families and center leadership. Foster positive social, emotional, and cognitive growth through structured and play-based activities. Collaborate with teaching team and center staff to plan curriculum and classroom events. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, health, and safety standards. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians. Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds, abilities, and cultures. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Assist with classroom setup, daily routines, and center-wide activities as needed.
