About the role

Ronsco Inc. is a full service union carpentry contracting company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper at our New York City office. (http://www.ronscoinc.com/)Successful Candidate will have:· Three years of experience working within the construction industry.· Knowledge of and experience with an organization whose employees who are members of a trade union.· Knowledge of union and certified payroll· Ability to process and manage Union Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.· Familiarity with AIA requisitions and change orders.· Understanding of commercial insurance.· Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel.· New York State Notary license. Salary commensurate with experience.
Benefits includes: Medical Benefits (100% company paid including Dental & Vision) and 401K and Profit Sharing. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with summer hours from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Conveniently located two blocks from Penn Station and most subway lines for easy commuting.
