Contract Babysitter We are seeking a reliable and experienced contract babysitter to care for children in the Richmond, VA area. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively. Patience and Creativity: Ability to engage children in creative and educational activities, and to handle challenging situations with patience and composure. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, meals, and bedtime routines efficiently. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to handle any unexpected situations or emergencies. Background Check: Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.
