- Comfort partnering closely with Engineering and Design teams. Experience hiring or managing teams, agencies, or contractors. A track record of connecting SEO investments to business outcomes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch. Experience that stands out
- Built SEO from an early-stage foundation.
- Grew organic acquisition in a competitive B2B market.
- Built AI-native workflows for SEO and content operations. Deep technical SEO expertise across site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with AI search, AI Overviews, or answer engines.
