Gradian is seeking a Director of NPI Sourcing to lead its growing sourcing function for next‑generation cooling solutions used in hyperscale data centers. You will drive strategy, supplier engagement, and cost optimization from concept through production. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to ensure launch readiness, manage risk, and scale the supply chain as Gradian expands across North America.
