Position Summary: Minutemen Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Builder. The position involves cutting and building custom pallets and crates using industrial equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Duties: Cut and assemble custom pallets and crates Operate industrial saw equipment safely and efficiently Read and use a tape measure to ensure accurate cuts Follow work orders, or build specifications Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs regularly Maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines
