What You’ll Do: Provideindividual, couples, family, and/or group therapyvia telehealth. Conductintake assessmentsand determine the best level of care. Developpersonalized treatment plansthat create real change. Coordinate care withfamilies, medical providers, and outside agencies. Maintain documentation in ouruser-friendly EHR system. Participate in case management and team meetings as needed. Providecrisis interventionand therapeutic support as necessary.
Who You Are: Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking forwork-life balance Comfortable managing your ownschedule and caseload Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability Skilled in time management and documentation Bilingual (Spanish) is required Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.
