Position: Linguistics Expert (Olympiad or PhD)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $52.5 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Duration: ~1–2 months

Role Responsibilities: Research and identify advanced linguistics questions and resources across multiple languages. Curate, organize, and structure linguistics materials into high-quality datasets for AI training. Ensure scientific accuracy, appropriate difficulty, and academic rigor of sourced linguistics content. Extract and document detailed reasoning frameworks and analyses from academic and competition-based materials.

Requirements: Strong background in linguistics with experience in high-level linguistics problem solving. International Linguistics Olympiad participation or advanced academic training in linguistics. Strong ability to evaluate complexity, rigor, and correctness of linguistics problems. Multilingual exposure or experience working with international linguistics resources preferred. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
