About the role
Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced estimator to prepare detailed Self-Perform Operations (SPO) concrete estimates from drawings and specifications. You will generate labor rates, manage vendors, and assemble bids for various contract types while coordinating with the Preconstruction team to address risks.
You will also lead document management, participate in constructability reviews, and develop cost-saving value analyses.
