Position Requirements: Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all members and guests. Check in/out guests professionally and efficiently. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with appointment changes and cancellations. Sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products. Educate guests on services, promotions, and membership benefits. Maintain accurate and detailed client files, forms, and notes. Process payments and transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby. Communicate effectively with service providers and management. Complete general spa tasks during downtime, including laundry, restocking, cleaning, and organization. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
