About the role

Level 1Support production by repairing, maintaining and improving all production and service equipment and building utilities by adhering to proper LOTO protocols. Must develop skills and be willing to train in specialized maintenance areas such as electronics, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical systems. Must be able to set up and operate common machine shop equipment using standard practices; as well as have the ability to set up, measure, and perform precision adjustments and alignments of equipment. Must have proficiency in fabrication and welding. Level 2Must be able to perform electrical and/or mechanical related maintenance repairs independently on all equipment within the plant. Must be able to improve reliability or functionality of equipment by retrofitting new components on existing equipment including planning stage. Must be able to perform maintenance on equipment with missing or inadequate documentation. Will have trade knowledge in electronics and the maintenance field. The employee must consistently demonstrate, on a daily basis, that their performance is exemplary and meets the standards of the department.
