About the role
Encore Technologies is seeking a results-driven Paid Search Manager to own end-to-end campaigns for multiple DTC ecommerce brands. You will optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, manage six-figure monthly budgets, and collaborate with creative teams to scale performance. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce, and strong analytical and client-facing skills. This is an international opportunity with remote-friendly options.
